RECORD

Every board turnover loses half the records.

Dues come in by check and Venmo and never quite reconcile. The bylaws live in five places and three versions. Votes happen in an email thread nobody can tally. Then the treasurer moves away, and the shoebox goes with them.

SHOEBOX & GROUP TEXT

The way it works now

  • Dues by check, Venmo, and one envelope of cash
  • Bylaws in five places and three versions
  • Votes settled in an email thread
  • Announcements buried in a group text
  • Records in a filing cabinet in someone's garage
ON THE BOARD

The way it should

  • One ledger every dues payment reconciles to
  • One document library with version history
  • One clean vote, auto-tallied and quorum-aware
  • One announcements board everyone can see
  • An audit trail that survives board turnover
WHAT WE'RE BUILDING
None of this exists yet — that's why we want you on the list.

Four things, done plainly.

DUES

Collect dues online

Take dues and special assessments online, send reminders, and reconcile every payment in one ledger — priced per association, not per resident.

DOCS

One document library

Store CC&Rs, bylaws, and minutes with version history, so the current copy is always the one everyone can find.

VOTES

Member votes and proxies

Run votes and collect proxies with auto-tallied, quorum-aware results — no paper ballots counted at the annual meeting.

NOTICES

One announcements board

Post announcements and meeting agendas to a single board every member can see — not a group text that scrolls away.

PLANNED PRICING — NOT LIVE YET

Planned pricing. Nothing is charged today.

QUESTIONS

Read before the meeting.

When does it launch?

We're building now, opening in 2026. Waitlist associations get early access and hear first — you'll know the date before anyone else.

What do I get for signing up?

Early access, founding-board launch pricing locked in, and a say in what we build. No spam — we're busy building.

Do I need a management company?

No. DuesHQ is built for self-managed boards — the treasurer, president, or secretary running things directly. No management company, no contract.

What happens at board turnover?

The records and the audit trail stay with the association — exportable, never locked in. The next treasurer inherits the ledger, not a shoebox.

Is it really just $29–49 a month?

That's the planned price, per association, by community size — not per resident. Prices may change before launch; the waitlist hears it first.

Can residents pay and vote online?

Yes — that's the point. Members see what they owe, pay online, read the current bylaws, and vote without driving to a clubhouse on a Tuesday night.
